January Updates

Okay, so it’s February now and I appear to have gone a little awol. Naturally its time I stop listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers in my bedroom with the door shut… I think a similar thing happened last year with me rarely posting anything in Jan and Feb…
As for this January- I feel like it went on forever and ever. I think I spent endless days staring at this laptop screen, aimlessly scrolling through photos on the internet and jealously watching Ben Brown Vlogs.. I think I had about 5 good nights sleep. The rest of the time I was laying awake for hours on end staring at the black obis of my room. Weather hasn’t been that good and it hasn’t snowed either. Snow, its been too long. ..
Anyway, after about 6 weeks ( felt like 6 months) my Canadian Visa came through and I feel like I can breathe again now. People keep asking me what I actually am going to do in Canada.. like I know?! I dunno live. .. So that’s that part of life sorted for the next 2 years. I’ve got the rest of 2016 to get through first… Which I am making sound like a challenge.. It’s actually not. I’ve got a lot of things to look forward to this year, in fact this month.

This might be a good point to announce actually– I’m going to my 5th continent. Yep. In fact, when I return from South America in March I would have visited 4 different continents in 12 months… ( and I am complaining about having bad nights sleep… yeah get a grip love) I’m going on a month long road trip- which is pretty crazy and covering some beautiful parts of the world.. ( I’ll keep where exactly a secret for now :p). It is however, somewhere I have always wanted to go ever since I started this whole travel thing..and yeah I’m a little bit excited. me driving on the wrong side of the car and on the wrong side of the road does create some worry though

I’ve gone back to my old old job ( the one I had before North America last year) which is actually pretty great considering I can drive there in 2 minutes. Does however mean that I am back to socialising on Mondays and Tuesdays and I’ve pretty much got stuff to do on all of the days leading up to 25th ( when I go away) – That isn’t a bad thing to say the least.
