I was really surprised by Guatemala. Genuinely nothing like I expected. Truth is actually, I am not really sure what I was expecting but I felt like it gave out so much more.
Although with Contiki we were only there for 5 days I felt like a great vast of the country was covered. Ranging from lush rainforest and Mayan Ruins to a sea of colourful buildings and never ending lakes. – You’ll get to witness views from the top of a Volcano and drink coffee and make chocolate in its purest form.
But hey, pictures speak louder than words.
