There are Travel quotes and then some.
The quotes that appeal to me the most aren’t the usual ones I see all over social media. The ones I have chosen to be my favourite apply to life as well as travel. Seeing as travel has pretty much become my life, I guess these are completely appropriate.
‘It’s better to see something once than hear about it 1000 times’
I know that I have been so fortunate to travel and see the world. Trips that I have been on are for most a ‘once in a lifetime trip’ But hey ..better to see something at least once.
‘Never get so busy living that you forget to make a life’
We live in a world which is focussed on making money to make more money to be able to make more. Happiness isn’t a given and you’re lucky if you find it. No matter how busy we are in our everyday lives we must make sure that we make time to find our happy. Live your life.
‘They told me I couldn’t, that’s why I did’
‘You can’t afford that’, ‘You have taken on too much’ Things I hear far too often when I talk about my plans.. If anything, the more people say that I can’t do something, it makes me want to do it more. Don’t let anyone stop you! Go Get!

You can sleep when you’re old.. or better off when you’re dead. If you have your health accept and embrace everything that comes at you. Grab life while you can. Have fun. If that means getting up at 3am to see sunrise, do it. Coz well. YOLO.

Travel is not for everyone. Well everyone likes a holiday but in terms of going away for a month or more… its not everyones cup of tea. However, if you can and have the means to go.. Go do what you want! Go and travel solo. Its great fun.. trust me 🙂

My favourite ‘return from travel quote’ To be honest I feel pretty miserable when I return. I’m never sure what I am going to do next , or how I am going to make enough money to go away again. But one thing that keeps me alive is that I know I will find away and be off again soon! Hey, I won’t be boring…

My favourite quote in not just travel. But also life. If you want to do something and have the means to do it, I beg that you do. You never know what’s going to happen or where you’ll be tomorrow. Take chances in life because you never know when they will no longer be an option.
